
About me
My name is Stefanie Seaton, and I have been training clients in person and online since 2012. I have found great joy in helping people get stronger and find ways to use their strength to reduce pain and improve their ability to maintain an active lifestyle as they age.

Throughout my career I have worked with clients after knee and hip replacements, back surgeries, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, arthritis, and many other conditions.
The focus of Apple Hat Fitness is to teach exercises to avoid injury, decrease pain, lose weight and improve strength for a healthier body as we age. We don’t need to stop being active as we get older; we need to know how to move correctly to enhance our strength and stamina.

Online training makes personalized workouts easily accessible. You can train when it fits your schedule- not your trainer’s schedule. You can do your workouts at home, in a gym or while you travel and still have the consistency of a personal training guiding your workouts and progress.

At Apple Hat Fitness, my main goal is that my clients know how to perform each exercise with correct form to reduce injury risk and optimize the success of each exercise. On the website, you can access videos that cover the correct form in detail for each exercise. Also in the weekly video chats you will have directly with me, we will go over any questions and I can check your form on the exercises.

Yes! Each week there will be a group video chat with me for all of my clients to share questions, exchange concerns, give encouragement and just get to know each other. These of course are optional, but a great way to feel connected with others working to achieve their fitness goals.
Apple Hat Fitness also has a Facebook and Instagram page for continuous feedback and conversation with other members and me as well.
